Work Together, Learn Together, Excel Together, Better Together

ConnectEd Partnership’s Programme delivered in partnership with Leadership Live will give you the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to drive successful team performance and improve classroom practice. Our delivery approach is to role-model outstanding practice and use coaching techniques to support participants to unlock your leadership potential.
You will be encouraged to reflect on your own areas of strength, observe ‘good’ and outstanding practice demonstrated by other school leaders, allowing you to evaluate the impact you have as a leader in your own school and identify your key priorities for development.
