Supporting Early Career Teachers and Mentors in Partnership with Teach First

We are proud to train and support new teachers in the first two years of their career by providing high-quality professional development designed to build confidence, capability, and long-term success in the classroom.

As a delivery partner for the DfE’s fully funded Early Career Framework (ECF), we work as a delivery partner with Teach First to offer their ‘Outstanding’ ECF programme—ensuring early career teachers receive the support and guidance they need to thrive.

The Early Career Teacher Programme (ECTP) is the name for the structured two-year training programme delivered to ECTs as part of their entitlement.

The Early Career Teacher Entitlement (ECTE) is the term that refers to the full package of support and training provided to ECTs and their mentors over the two years.
