This local advice, support and representation is available for all Wolverhampton School leaders and teaching staff and ensures that school establishments are able to discharge their statutory requirements such as consultation on school restructuring, voluntary and non-voluntary redundancies.
This support also ensures that locally agreed policies that determine conditions of service are negotiated collaboratively on your behalf between all Professional Associations and relevant stakeholders before they are implemented.
LPAAC is available to all schools and academies in Wolverhampton to buy into.
Schools and academies that buy into LPAAC are able to access local Trade Union services for all their Teaching and Leadership staff from all the Teachers Associations.
